Directions & What To Do On Arrival

1. Enter the Heath Mount Main Entrance

2. Drive on and you will arrive at the gates — these should be open, but call 020 8016 4222 if you have any issues.

3. Drive straight through to the second set of gates and press the button to enter.

4. Once through, turn left past the astroturf and park anywhere on the mesh parking. Please do not park on the grass.

5. Head to the green building and use the changing rooms provided. Come out to the poolside, and you’ll be greeted by our friendly, welcoming team!

On arrival, please head to this building which is on the left hand side of the car park.
Once changed, please enter the pool enclosure which is on the left hand side of the Changing Room building.
For your first lesson, please arrive at least 15 minutes before the lessons and familiarise yourself with the facilities.
Before entering the poolside, remove your outdoor footwear and wait in the designated waiting area.
Please ensure you arrive at the waiting area 5 minutes before the lesson starts and 5 minutes before the lesson ends to pick up your child. This is very important as we have quick changeovers.
