A passionate team dedicated to helping every swimmer succeed.
Every WCSA teacher is trained in-house to the STA standard. We look for people who love being in and around the water, and who are passionate about how children learn. We have an ambition to be the highest-paying swim school in the area because we want our teachers to be the kind who come to lessons because they want to. And it shows in the pool.
We follow strict safety standards so every child can learn, play, and grow in a secure and supportive environment.
Take the first step towards a rewarding, flexible career that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
