Adult and Baby (2yrs to 4 yrs) - Suitable for toddlers who still need an adult in the water with them.

Ducklings (3 - 5yrs) - Suitable for 3 - 5 year olds ready to go into the water without an adult and may require arm bands or heavy support..

Beginners (5yrs +) - Suitable children that cannot yet swim without aids or is fearful of water and will require heavy support.

Stage 1 - Suitable for children that have some water experience and are confident putting their face in and going under the water.

Stage 2 - Suitable for children that can swim 5 metres unaided on their front and back.

Stage 3 - Suitable for children that can swim 10 metres on their front and back. 5 metres dolphin body and 5 metres Breastroke kick.

Stage 4 - Suitable or children that can swim 10 - 15 metres of all four strokes with good technique.

Stage 5 - Suitable for children that can swim 15 -25 metres of all four strokes with good technique.

Stage 6 - Suitable for children that can swim 25 - 50 metres of all four strokes with good technique.

Stage 7 - Suitable for children that can swim 50 - 100 metres of all four strokes with good technique.

Club development Squad - For children interested 5yrs + that are interested in developing their skills and technique to be able to compete if they choose to.
