Our Story
We wanted to build a community where learners have a positive perception of swimming, enjoy their time in the water, and develop the skills and techniques to become efficient swimmers.
At Water Creations Swim Academy, we understand that swimming is a life skill that creates opportunities either sooner, or later on in life. As a child who enjoyed the water, became a competitive swimmer, an inquisitive lifeguard, an enthusiastic swimming teacher, and a passionate swim school owner - I understand the importance of learning how to swim in a fun, safe and progressive way.
Our parents and guardians can testify that from the moment you walk through our doors, you will be greeted by a team of welcoming and enthusiastic instructors who are passionate about teaching and inspiring swimmers. Our instructors are not only skilled in the art of swimming but also possess a genuine love for teaching and a knack for making learning fun and enjoyable.
Our Journey began with a passion and enthusiasm for teaching. It later evolved with a question - how do we create an environment whereby swimmers are nurtured in a way that allows them to reach their swimming potential?
Tailored Approach
We believe in the power of personalised instruction, tailoring our approach to meet the unique needs and goals of each swimmer. This is why we carefully crafted our swimming framework - informed by The Learn to Swim Framework - to ensure that we explicitly teach and promote water safety, aquatic skills and the development of all four strokes.
